T-Mobile has officially announced new Value plans which will come available beginning July 24th. The new plans will be available for new and existing customers with options for single- and multi-line accounts. The key part here, the new plans will offer users the option to choose between 2GB, 5GB or 10GB of data. As popular as the Samsung Galaxy S II is in other parts of the world, it hasn't been released in the United States yet. Previous reports pointed to negotiation difficulties with carriers due to the perceived demand for the smartphone.
