Robert's Top Five Gadgets/Apps

As you have likely seen through the day, we here at Gadgetell have been sharing our top five gadgets (and apps) today. And low and behold, it looks like its my time to share. Anyway, while I often think about and dream about gadgets, not to mention constantly write about the latest and greatest that are coming available—my list looks rather bland and includes what I would describe as a common phone, an older tablet, small set top box, an older desktop computer (and laptop that I got for free) and my Verizon FiOS router. Yup, I do count the…

Shawn's Top Five Gadgets

Setting out to write my Top Five Gadgets was a bit daunting at first. I was afraid that it would end up too similar to the Gadgets We Love story from last September. That is, until I looked back at that story and realized I’ve added a few new gadgets since then. So, here’s my Top Five Gadgets, in no particular order. 13-inch MacBook Pro (2009). This is number one mostly because it’s first only mind since I’m writing with it. It has been my main computer since I got it shortly before my first CES in January 2010. It…

JG's Top Five Gadgets/Apps

One of the things I love best about writing in the tech space is getting access to all kinds of gadgets.  The downside of this is there are only so many I can afford.  So, I’ve got to choose.  Here are my top 5 gadgets I’ll be using this 4th of July. Chances are very high that I’ll be on the high seas, enjoying a day of sailing.  Though, just because I am harnessing nature’s power doesn’t mean I’ll be without my gadget gear.  Here’s what I rely on: Navionics iPhone app Though I had my doubts and I’ve got…

Happy Fourth of July from Gadgetell

July 4th has arrived and for those of us in the US, that often means blowing things up and drinking way more than we should. Of course, on the flip side, a nice family bar-b-que is always a nice perk. Needless to say, a good mix of family, fireworks and a few drinks sounds like the best option. Anyway, given the news cycle slows to a crawl (and a lot of the Gadgetell writers are US based) we thought we would have some fun today and share a bit. So following this post and appearing throughout the day we have…
