And well, given its been quite a while and we are still waiting to see this handset come available, I guess we should not be all that surprised to see an updated spec listing on the HP website. Zinio just announced that its popular digital magazine and newspaper stand is now available for more Android devices, which include those Android devices running Android 2.2 Froyo and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Now is a good time to become a Rogers Wireless customer if you aren’t already as the Canadian carrier is about to launch two great Android superphones—the HTC EVO 3D and the LG Optimus 3D. Despite the fact that RIM hasn’t yet announced the device, the BlackBerry Torch 2 seems to be getting pretty close to release. An FCC filing for the Torch 2 just popped up, with the smartphone sporting bands compatible with AT&T’s network, just like the previous Torch. The iPhone 3GS is hardly the latest model at this point, however with a $9 price tag, it sort of becomes a bit more appealing. Or at the very least, a consideration. That said, AT&T is currently selling the 8GB iPhone 3GS for just $9.00 on a two-year agreement. And yes, the thought of making a two-year commitment to an already old model is a bit scary, but its $9 and still a pretty solid phone.
