RIM releases updated BlackBerry Desktop for Mac with improved PlayBook tablet support

The BlackBerry PlayBook does not yet have a native email application, however we have some good news for those looking to sync their media with a Mac. It looks like RIM has rolled out an updated version of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for the Mac, which brings the version up to 2.1 and includes support for PlayBook syncing. AT&T BlackBerry smartphone and PlayBook owners were initially prohibited from installing the BlackBerry Bridge application when the PlayBook was released. Samsung Galaxy Z, a slight downgrade from the Galaxy S II

There have been some rumors of a down-specced Samsung smartphone going around, and now it looks like those rumors have been true. Samsung is now offering the Samsung Galaxy Z in Sweden.
