It looks like Cricket Wireless will be stepping up their Android game sometime later this year. According to PC Mag, the carrier will be launching the Huawei (M886) Glory this year and have it available for customers using the $45 per month unlimited calling and data plan. I definitely didn’t like the name ChaCha when it was announced back in MWC 2011 as the name of the upcoming Facebook phone manufactured by HTC. Excited about the Acer Chromebook which was supposed to be released by the end of June? Sorry for being the one to break the news, folks. It looks like Samsung will be bringing their Series 5 Chromebook to Europe. The news has been made official by way of press release which noted the availability date as of June 24th. As much as T-Mobile may want to officially carry the iPhone brand on their network, they are actually doing pretty well without it. In fact, 9to5mac heard from a T-Mobile spokesperson that T-Mobile carries over a million unlocked iPhones on their network, which is a pretty impressive figure considering one cannot buy an iPhone on T-Mobile. It looks like Google has rolled out a small, but intuitive new feature for mobile Gmail on iOS—the ability to “pull down to refresh” as opposed to pushing a ‘button’ to refresh your mailbox. That being said, we suspect this is in the process of coming down to all users as we can clearly see the screenshot, however we are currently unable to see it on our own device. Yesterday, AT&T decided it was appropriate to give a vague time frame for the release of the LG Thrill 4G in the form of a press release. There’s no shortage of iPod and iPhone speaker docks out there, but that hasn’t stopped Monster from announcing yet another one. This iPhone/iPod dock is called the ClarityHD Model One, a high-end (read: expensive) iPod dock speaker. By now you’ve heard that Vizio’s first Android tablet is coming to market very soon. Today at the CEA Lineshows in New York I was able to get a few minutes of time to play with the upcoming tablet. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo was scheduled to have launched sometime in the end of March, but the unfortunate earthquake in Japan slowed production to a grinding halt. Back at CES in January Monster unveiled it’s newest Miles Davis-inspired headphones, the Miles Davis Trumpet. Now, a few months later the headphones are finalyl available to the public. According to a Facebook post that has now been retracted, it looks like Virgin Mobile is preparing to launch the Motorola Triumph on July 19th. The Triumph is reportedly similar to the original DROID on Verizon Wireless in terms of appearance.
