In mid-December of 2014, a consumer build of Windows 10 known as "9901" was leaked online.

Unlike the other leaks following Microsoft's official Windows 10 announcement, 9901 is an unofficial build. If you want to test it out for yourself right now, you'll have to wade through hundreds of torrent sites and forums to download it. Considering 9901's unofficial and beta status, however, that's not advisable.
What's New in 9901
Still, the build's extra features — as shown in this YouTube video — are worth a second look. There's Cortana, for instance, which Microsoft pitched as a more "personality-infused" version of Apple's Siri.

As seen from the screenshot above, Cortana is accessible through Windows 10's search bar.
There's also the Xbox app, which might be a welcome addition for hardcore gamers who have PCs but not Xboxes.
