We had known that HTC was planning to announce something today, and well, it looks like they may have made some Windows Phone fans happy. Yup, HTC has announced a Windows Phone smartphone. Two, to be specific, the HTC Windows Phone 8X and the HTC Windows Phone 8S. Both handsets (as the names would imply) will be running Windows 8 and sporting features to include Beats Audio and what is being touted as "incredible camera capabilities."
