Well look what we have here, an official announcement from Motorola in regards to Ice Cream Sandwich on the Atrix 2 smartphone. And in short, the update is currently available. The update is arriving as Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich (67.21.125.MB865.ATT.en.US) and officially speaking, contains "numerous enhancements and improvements." Google-owned company Niantic Labs has just released a new location-aware app for Android called Field Trip. As its name suggests, this app lets you go on a field trip, sort of, via a location-aware feature that runs in the background on your Android phone. The trick here is that as soon as you get closer to something interesting, the app kicks in and pops up a card giving you details about your current location. You don't need to click on anything, the app works automatically. Even cooler is if you have a headset or earphone on as the… Continue reading Google quietly releases Field Trip Android app to help you explore places Related posts: - Google updates Maps for Android to 4.4, includes Places app

Anyway, Camera+ for iPad has launched at version 1.0 and with support for iOS 5.0 or later. The app brings some iPad only features which break down as follows; Continue reading Camera+ now available for the iPad, also updated for the iPhone Related posts: - Camera+ app for iPhone updated, now at version 2.1 with new features, improvements & bug fixes
