Day two. I'm digging having this Capital One 'home base' to work from. At Congress and 2nd, it's close enough to most everything without being part of major foot traffic. However, on my way to the first conference session of the day I did get to witness protestors against male circumcision. Does that make them pro-testes? Sorry, couldn't help myself. But I definitely give them props for a niche topic. Better than the people we have in Sacramento, but I don't know how I feel now knowing I've been "mutilated." Keep it weird, Austin. My first session of the day presented the alluring topic of sideboobs. So while standing in line for the #darkside sideboobs conference, I traded tales with a few others about rooms being full long before the start. It seems it's a new thing this year, as these SXSW veterans themselves were a little bewildered. They groused a bit about how they had been able to attend rooms in the JW Marriott before.
