In the world of wearable technology, headsets are king. My first headset came to me when I was the ripe old age of two and a half and I've been headset-attached ever since. Earbuds, headphones, bone audio conductors and even audio hats have come in and out of my life for traveling, sleeping, exercising and, most importantly, gaming! Gaming headphones are both necessary and difficult to choose. We all remember the dark days of one-size-fits-all Xbox headphones and none of us want to go back, so… Design & Comfort In terms of headphones, no product is worth a hoot if the comfort isn't there. The RIG Stereo Headset and Mixer is the first set of headphones I've touched in a while that even registered with me as worth pursuing further once I had tried them on. I have a little head, big ears, and little tolerance for pain. This headset has large ear cups that encompass my ears with no uncomfortable pressure and the headband is just squishy enough to comfortably sit on my head without digging in or sliding in any undesirable direction.
