It looks like a few more details about the Spark Linux-based tablet have come available. And perhaps a bit nicer for those who have been waiting for this tablet to come available — it is expected to come available for pre-order as early as next week. Sadly though, the actual availability is not coming that quickly. According to new details, the Spark Linux tablet will not be available until May. In terms of where the device will be up for purchase — it looks like that will initially be limited to those in Europe and then later come for those in the US and other regions around the world. The tablet will be available in a Wi-Fi only version and running Mer, which is a community-based version of MeeGo Linux. Otherwise, the Spark tablet will have hardware features to include; - 7 inch (800 x 480) capacitive multi-touch capable display

The Path app for Android has recently been update and it looks like quite a few welcomed changes and additions have come along with. Just to begin with, this latest release of Path for Android arrives as version 2.0.30, measures in as a 3.8M file download and it requires Android 2.1 or later for use. Some of the more notable changes in this update include support for sharing over Tumblr as well as proper support for 720 x 1280 and 320 x 480 displays. Additionally, the rest of the changes and additions break down as follows;
New features: - Full settings screen
- Moon phases when sleeping
Changes and fixes: - Better friend invite screens
- Cosmetic enhancements
- Improved scrolling performance on feed screen
- Tapping menu soft key now directly displays full menu

Most of us enjoy talking about and watching the Super Bowl commercials. Heck, we suspect quite a few of the GadgeTell readers will be watching the Super Bowl for nothing more than the commercials and while some are funny, some are a bit more educational. That being the case, it looks like Fullpower-MotionX will be running a commercial during the first quarter of the game and it will feature Philippe Kahn. And for those not familiar with Philippe Kahn, first shame on you, and second — he developed one of the first camera phones. It looks like a software update has come (or is coming) available for those sporting a Verizon compatible Galaxy Nexus. The update will arrive as Android 4.0.4 IMM30B and so far the details are rather scarce. What we have seen is coming from the users over on the Android Central Forums. Bottom line, it looks like only a few users have received the update notification and unfortunately — we have yet to see anything from Verizon and/or Google in terms of a changelog. But on the flip side — we have yet to see anything in terms of trouble after the 4.0.4 IMM30B update has been applied. Could be that this update is still in an early testing/roll-out stage and has only been sent for a small group of users. And lastly, if nothing else, this news of an update for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus is nice to see, especially after the recent Google dropping support for CDMA devices scandal. Via [AndroidCentral]  
We has already learned that the Samsung Galaxy Note was going to be available with AT&T beginning on February 19th. And well, it looks like those who have been waiting to make a purchase can now move forward and make that commitment. The Galaxy Note has come available for pre-order direct with AT&T and the purchase can be made online and without even having to leave the comfort of your own home. That being said, the Galaxy Note pricing comes as expected — $299.99 on a two-year agreement. And lastly, the Galaxy Note is available with AT&T in either Carbon Blue or Ceramic White.
