Power needs have changed quickly over time. It used to be that 5V/1A was good enough for just about everything, but that's not really the case anymore. Bigger and more power-hungry smartphones and tablets have demands that reach up to 2.4A. Old wall adapters are easy to identify, since the power output is listed on the back. Things get trickier when you're attempting to evaluate cables. The thing is, most old cables likely matched their adapters, rendering them ill-effective for today's top devices. The Google Bookmark Manager gets rid of lists in favor of more graphics, since each bookmark pulls picture data from websites.
