While I don't know if they will have the service offered in our area, I'm interested to know how subscribers are enjoying it. Huawei settled with Rockstar patent group

I can't decide who's the real "rockstar" in the mobile industry but Rockstar is determined to fight other companies. The Rockstar patent group has filed a patent case against several Android OEMs. Google is included in the lot but just recently, Chinese phone manufacturer Huawei filed a motion for Rockstar to exclude them. Huawei simply wants Rockstar to dismiss the infringement claims related to UI and networking.

Nokia’s phone business still in danger

We were wondering about Nokia's fate. It used to be the top phone manufacturer but times have changed. We could blame Samsung and Apple but business is business, Nokia should have done everything to stay on top. Microsoft and Nokia's partnership didn't even do both companies good as Nokia Windows Phone only got a small percent share of the mobile industry.

Walking and texting can cause dangerous effects

If anyone knows the dangers of walking and texting, it's this girl. Just two days ago, I was walking home in blizzard Janus and as I was texting my roommate to say I would be home soon, I was impaled by a falling icicle right on my texting thumb. And to make matters worse, it then bounced off my hand and splattered all over my brand new iPhone. I wasn't a happy camper. However, new research from Australia is showing that there are also dangerous, long-term effects to walking and texting.
